১ . সেলার এর কাছে পণ্যের স্টক না থাকার কারণে ক্যান্সেল হতে পারে। 
২ . পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তনের কারণে অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল হতে পারে। 

গ্লোবাল টু বিডি এর প্রোডাক্ট এর অর্ডার ক্যানসেল হলে আমি কি টাকা রিফান্ড পাবো ?

হ্যাঁ অর্ডার ক্যানসেল হলে আমরা সেলার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে 10 থেকে 15 দিনের ভেতর আপনার টাকা রিফান্ড এনে দিবো।

• After initiating an order customer must have to pay 50% advance for confirmation within 72 hours
• Payment could be made as per available payment gateways on system.
• Rest amount needs to be paid by COD while receiving the product.
• After payment we will start the delivery process and within 15-45 days delivery will be done.
